KATHRINE A. LIND
WAUPACA, WI Age 89 – died on Monday, January 22, 2007 at the Crystal River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Waupaca, WI. She was born on October 22, 1917 in Milwaukee, WI, a daughter of the late Edward and Caroline (Schultz) Hausner. She married Elmer C. Lind on November 2, 1962 in Milwaukee, WI. He preceded her in death on November 30, 2000. Kathrine is survived by a nephew: Robert Hausner of New Jersey, special friends: Donna and Maurice Dupuis of Waupaca, WI, and other friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Elmer, her parents, and a brother and sister-in-law: Edward and Irene Hausner. Kathrine had been employed with the First Federal Savings and Loan in Milwaukee, WI for over 40 years, retiring as a Vice-President. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Amherst, WI. She had also been a member of the Riverside Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary in Waupaca, WI. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Amherst, WI; with the Rev. Chris Schwanz, Pastor, officiating. No visitation is scheduled prior to the memorial service. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Amherst, WI. The Jungers-Holly Funeral Home of Amherst, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
