Kenneth Dixon Howell, 76, of Waupaca, WI passed away at his home on Sunday, June 7, 2026. He was born on February 13, 1950 to Norris and Mildred Howell. He is survived by his son, Gregg Howell and his brother; Gary Howell. A celebration of life will be held for Ken at a later date.
