KENNETH G. JAKUBOWSKI
WAUPACA, WISCONSIN Age 61, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2008 at Berlin Memorial Hospital in Berlin, WI. He was born April 5, 1947 in Milwaukee, WI; son of Frank and Catherine (Piotrowski) Jakubowski. Kenneth is survived by:
Children: Allan (Debra) Jakubowski of Franklin, WI
Amy (Shawn) Bhend of Waukesha, WI
Grandchildren: Alec, Katie, and Mitchell Jakubowski of Franklin, WI
Maelyn and Natalie Bhend of Waukesha, WI
Brother: Bob (Denise) Jakubowski of New London, WI
Sister: Barbara (Chuck) Kloc of Cudahy, WI
Also survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Catherine Jakubowski. A Memorial Service will be on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 3:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose, WI. Father Paul Vanden Hogen will officiate. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose, WI. The Holly Funeral Home of Wild Rose is assisting the family with arrangements. HOLLY FUNERAL HOME
