Kerry J. Smith, age 26, of Waupaca, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 27th, 2016 at his residence. He was born on February 22, 1990, a son of Randy and Tammy (Pomerenke) Smith.
Survivors include his Parents: Randy & Tammy Smith, Waupaca, WI; Sister: Cora Smith, Waupaca, WI; Brother: Justin Smith, Waupaca, WI; Paternal Grandmother: Theresa Smith-Semm; Maternal Grandmother: Barb Mumbrue; Nephew: Hayden Burgett. He was preceded in death by twin brothers - Pallidin and Sheehan and by his paternal grandfather - Harold J. Smith, maternal grandfather - Neil F. Pomerenke and step-maternal grandfather - Chuck Mumbrue.
As per Kerry's wishes, no funeral services will be held.
