Lavern Freitag's Obituary
Lavern G. Freitag - age 92 - of King, WI died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, WI. He was born on Februaey 21, 1920 in Watertown, WI, the son of Albert and Caroline (Schmidt) Freitag. He married Ella George on November 29, 1947 in Watertown. She preceded him in death in 2009.
Lavern is survived by his four children: Anna Timm, Mary Trap, Wayne Freitag, and Andy Freitag. He is further survived by grandchildren, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella, and his parents.
A memorial service will be held at the Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown, WI on Friday evening with interment to take place in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Watertown on Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI assisted the family with local arrangements.
