Lawrence Foy's Obituary
Lawrence Foxy C. Foy, age 80, of King, WI, was called home by the Lord on Thursday, August 31st, 2006. He was born in Kewaunee, WI on March 25, 1926, the son of John Clement and Leona (Duescher) Foy. Larry was a retired MSgt from the United States Air Force. He served during WWII in the United States Navy. Larry was a 32nd degree Mason. He married Wilfriede Becher on May 14, 1964 in Reno, Nevada. Larry is survived by his Wife: Wilfriede Foy; Children: Linda (Rupert) Yantz; Lawrence Foy; John (Shirley) Foy; Pamela (Terry) Heikkinen; Grandchildren: Greg, Merritt, Andy, Kaylee, and Kristen. Sisters: Delores Jones; Betty (Larry) Tremle; Mary (August) Krueger; Florence (Hugh) Blanding. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother James. A private memorial service will be held at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in his honor. Interment of cremains will be in Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, WI with full military honors. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca assisted the family with arrangements. A memorial has been established to the Wisconsin Veterans Home Activity Fund. Larry will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
