Lawrence E. Neubauer's Obituary
Lawrence "Larry" Neubauer passed away on May 27, 2016 at Wisconsin Veterans Home at King. Larry was born in Royalton, WI to the late Verna (Schroeder) and Leo Neubauer on September 12, 1938. He graduated from Waupaca High School in 1956 and joined the Air Force. He returned to Waupaca after the Air Force and worked at Filter Materials. Larry experienced a medical emergency in June of 1994 at which time he had to retire early. Larry moved to Wisconsin Veterans Home at King in November 2002. He loved all the activities and told family he moved to King for the tunnels, free bowling and the great vending machines.
Larry is survived by his brother Arlen "Al" Neubauer and sister in law Karen Neubauer. He is further survived by his nieces Tori Muesing (Paul) of Chaska, MN, Wendy Olejniczak (James) of Appleton, WI, and Kim Metko (Ronald) of Menasha, WI. He also has three great nephews and four great nieces.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday June 9, 2016 at the Olson Hall Chapel at 1:30 PM. A Visitation will be held from 1pm until the time of the service. We love you Larry, see you later.
