Leroy S. Shulfer's Obituary
Leroy S. Shulfer, age 87 of Amherst Jct., WI passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Aspirus Hospital in Stevens Point, WI. Leroy was born on January 18, 1937; son of the late Antone and Barbara (Glodowski) Shulfer in the Town of Stockton, WI. In January 1968, Leroy married Grace Kaminski at St. Adalbert’s Catholic Church in Rosholt, WI. He drove cement truck and dump truck until his retirement.
Leroy is survived by his four sons Patrick Shulfer, Dale (Paula) Shulfer, David Shulfer, John Shulfer; grandson Bryan Shulfer; step-grandson John Lee Shulfer; step-great grandchildren Ellie and Gunner; sister Arlene Domaszek; also, many other relatives and friends. Leroy was preceded in death by his parents, wife Grace and brothers Gregory, Leonard, Richard and Donald.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church – Fancher in Amherst. Father Jerzy Rebacz will preside. Rosary Service will be held on Saturday at 8:45 AM followed by visitation from 9:00 AM until time of Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Jungers-Holly Funeral Home of Amherst is assisting the family with arrangements.
