LESLIE H. DILEY
ALMOND, WI (FORMERLY OF OMRO, WI) Age 61 – died on Monday, July 16, 2007 at his residence. He was born on September 19, 1945 in Omro, WI, a son of the late Howard and Anne (Westmarovich) Diley. He married Carolyn Hunt on June 11, 1966 in Oshkosh, WI.
Leslie is survived by his wife: Carolyn Diley, four children: Lisa (Jeff) Anderson of Oshkosh, Daniel (Holly) Diley of Oshkosh, Nicholas Diley of Waupaca, and Cory Diley of Oshkosh, three grandchildren: Michael Wuest, Kyle Diley, and Amanda Diley, four sisters: Joan (Don) Ashley of Neenah, Nancy Delaney of Oakland, CA, Gail (Dick) Michalak of Kentucky, and Susan (Lee) Penzenstadler of Kansas, and two brothers-in-law: Don Lambrecht of Green Bay, and Thomas Davis of Omro. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and three sisters: Carol Lambrecht, Kathy Markofski, and Mary Davis.
Leslie had been a farmer for many years. He had also worked as a laborer for various companies. For the last ten years he really enjoyed spending his winters in Florida.
A memorial service will be held at the Lakeview Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel on Friday, July 20, 2007 at 2:00 PM. Friends may call at the cemetery chapel on Friday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Inurnment of the cremains will be at Lakeside Memorial Park Cemetery in Oshkosh, WI. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI assisted the family with arrangements.
