Lester Breier's Obituary
Lester E. Breier, age 83, of Waupaca, passed away on Friday, December 9th, 2005 at Crystal River Nursing & Rehab. Center in Waupaca. He was born in Town of Little Wolf, Waupaca Co., on July 20, 1922, a son of the late Edwin and Olga (Handrich) Breier. Lester married Jean (Larkee) Behm on October 10, 1958 in Manawa. He was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Waupaca. Lester was a past Register of Deeds for Waupaca County. He enjoyed hunting, fishing on Memorial Day weekend outings, playing dartball and bowling. He had been active in the Lions Club, Curling Club, the Coffee Club at Simpson's, Manawa Bow Hunters and the King Archers. Survivors inlude his Wife: Jean Breier, Waupaca, WI; Son: L.E. Berry Breier, Portland, OR; Step-Son: Mark (Teresa) Behm, Clarkdale, AZ; Grandchildren: Collin (Becky) Behm, Neenah, WI; Tyler Behm, Waupaca, WI; Oliver (Amy) Behm, Appleton, WI; Great Grandchildren: Paxton Behm; Paris Behm; Elise Behm; Maddox Behm; and a Brother: Earl (Marian) Breier, Manawa, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Services will be held at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Waupaca at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 15th, with Rev. Jeffrey Holtan & Rev. Aaron Winkelman officiating. Interment will be at Lakeside Memorial Park in Waupaca next spring. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4 - 8 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca and on Thursday, from 10 AM until the time of the service at the church.
