Linda Lou Anderson's Obituary
Linda Lou Anderson age 77 of Waupaca, WI, passed away on Tuesday October 13, 2020. Linda was born on June 15, 1943 the daughter of Orb and Leona (Boutwell) Josie. Linda graduated from Waupaca High School Class of 1961. She retired after 30 years of service at the Wisconsin Veterans Home and then worked for several years part time in the Deli at Piggly Wiggly. She loved to travel, cook, bake, go boating on the Chain and get into mischief with her friend Tina Newsome and lived life to it’s fullest. She was a life long Methodist and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She had a million-dollar smile and a personality to match and she was kind and giving and loved by those around her.
Linda is survived by her son Keith Anderson of Waupaca, her daughter Kelly (Kevin Sommers) Cook of Waupaca; five grandchildren Nicholas (Sonja) Tester, Nathan (Meghan) Tester, Derric Cook, Garrett Anderson and Madeline Anderson and five great grandchildren.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents Orb and Leona Josie and her brother Orville Josie.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 26, 2021 at 2 P.M. with gathering from 1 until 4 P.M. at the Cedar Lake School House N298 Cty Hwy E in Waupaca, WI. The Holly Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
