Linda K. Raddatz's Obituary
Linda Kay Raddatz age 68 of Nelsonville, WI, passed away on Sunday January 8th, 2023 at Aspirus Riverview Hospital. Linda was born on June 2nd, 1954, in Dodgeville, WI the daughter of Harland and Betty (Frederickson) Harris. She married Larry Raddatz on June 15th, 1974. She graduated in 1972 from Amherst High school. Linda worked at former Meadow Inn in Amherst as a cook and then worked at Riverside Nursing Home as a cook until she retired. Linda was a woman with a heart of gold, she was always there to help out wherever she could. She loved cooking with the grandkids, going on family vacations, cuddling with her cat and visiting family.
Linda is survived by her husband Larry Raddatz; her children Rhonda (Gary) Garceau of Stevens Point, WI, Brenda (James) Gardner of Birnamwood, WI and niece-daughter Crystal Harris; her grandchildren Cassandra and Brittney Garceau, Cameron, Haylea and Payton Gardner and Aaron Schug and her siblings
Leland, Don, Duane and Kurt Harris.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents Harland and Betty and her brother Ronald Harris.
A funeral service will be held on Friday January 13, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Nelsonville Evangelical Lutheran Church. Pastor Gretchen Anderson will officiate with burial to follow at the Nelsonville Lutheran Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Thursday January 12, 2023 from 4 p.m. until 7p.m. at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, WI and again at the church on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m.
