Linda M. Rice's Obituary
We are saddened with the passing of our dear Mom, Linda M. Rice, age 70, of Manawa, WI. She moved on to her next great journey on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Linda was born December 17, 1953 in Wauwatosa, WI; daughter of Jesse Jr. and Ardyce (Nollenberg) Rice. Through most of her life she formed many relationships, especially during her time as a Naturopathic Doctor and spiritual mentor, making connections and experiences along the way. Linda cherished her family, and many friends who she called family, more than anything. She would want to be remembered as being kind in the unkindness, loving in the unlovableness, and hopes to have left a legacy of courage and tenderness to all.
Linda is survived by her loving children Theodore (Lisa) Fenske of Manawa, Jessica (Sarah) Fenske of Waupaca, Hannah (Mark) Fenske of Marquette MI, and Andrea (Kevin) Clark of Green Bay; and her six amazing grandchildren Kody, Kadin, Kale, Logan, Piper, and Ardyce who were the absolute lights of her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jesse Jr. and Ardyce Rice.
A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Manawa Masonic Center, 520 N. Bridge Street, Manawa, WI. Visiting and continued sharing of memories will follow her service at the Masonic Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to The Lost Companion, P.O. Box 282, Wild Rose WI 54984 (thelostcompanion.com) The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
