Lou Ann Sather's Obituary
Lou Ann (Floistad) Sather, age 67, of Waupaca, formerly of Amherst Junction, passed away on Wednesday, February 21st, 2018 at Crossroads Care Center at Crystal River in Waupaca. She was born on September 14, 1950, a daughter of the late Clifford and Gladys (Barden) Floistad.
Lou Ann graduated from Tomorrow River Schools. She married Carl Sather on Dec. 20, 2003 in Stevens Point. Lou Ann was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Amherst.
Survivors include her Husband: Carl Sather, Waupaca, WI; Brother: Harold (Lenore) Floistad, and their children: Tracy (Wendy), John, Connie (Harry) Dahms, Karen (Patrick) Vogel, Harold Jr. (Sherri), Sarah Rustad; Sister-in law: Judy Floistad and her family, Christi (Jason) Amundson, Sister-in-law: Marilyn (Jim) Holiday and their family. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister - Sandra, brother - Gerald, nephews - Bob, Ryan and Brandon.
Funeral Services will be held at Peace Lutheran Church in Amherst at 2 PM on Saturday, February 24th, 2018, with Rev. Dwight Anderson, officiating. Interment will be held at a later date at Greenwood Cemetery in Amherst. Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 12:00 (Noon) until the time of the service at the church.
