Lucille J. Johnson's Obituary
Lucille Jeanette Johnson, age 82, of Waupaca, WI, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009 at her residence. Lucille was born in the Town of Waupaca, Waupaca County, WI on December 20, 1926, the daughter of the late Gerald and Mae (Frihart) Taggart. She married Vernon Sylvian Johnson on October 2, 1948 in Waupaca and he preceded her in death on August 9, 2009. Lucille is survived by her children: Ray (Marcia) Johnson, Casa Grande, AZ; Stanley Johnson, Waupaca and June (J.J.) Johnson, Waupaca; her grandchildren: Sandra (Rick) Pellerino, Waupaca; Melissa (Brian) Ausland, Anoka, MN and Laurie (Sam) Higginson, Casa Grande, AZ; Great Grandchildren: Sarah Kaye & Tyler Pellerino; Brady, Connor & Hailey Ausland; Miranda & Austin Higginson. Lucille is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth & Theresa Taggart of Lodi, CA. Lucille worked as a beautician for several years in the Mary Louise and the Beauty Glow Salons in Waupaca and volunteered for many years at Bethany Home in the activity department. At Lucille's request, no funeral services were held. Interment was in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at King, WI. The Holly Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
