Lynda A. Helmrick's Obituary
Lynda A. Helmrick, age 82, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 17, 2025. She was born on December 9, 1942 to Harold and Irene (Maves) Alm. On August 17, 1963, Lynda married Robert Helmrick at Nelsonville Lutheran Church and together through the years they raised three children, Philip, Peggy, and Evan. She will be dearly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Lynda is survived by her children; Philip (Amy) Helmrick of Custer, WI and Evan (Lori) Helmrick of Almond, WI, siblings; Dona Fisher of Stevens Point, WI, Rena (Mike) Drummond of Wittenberg, WI, and Harlan (Mary Jo) Alm of Amherst, WI, she is further survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Irene Alm; parents-in-law Arnold and Edna Helmrick; an infant son; a daughter, Peggy Bauman; and a son-in-law Tim Bauman
A Memorial Service for Lynda will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Almond, Wisconsin at 11:00 AM. Pastor Richard Bartholomew will be officiating. A Memorial Visitation will be held at church from 9:30 AM until the time of service at 11:00. Burial will take place at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Almond, WI. The Hardell-Holly Funeral Home of Almond is assisting the family with arrangements.
