LYNN D. WIESE
WAUPACA, WISCONSIN Age 73, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2009 in the Town of Amherst, WI. He was born September 26, 1935 in the Town of Hull, Marathon Co., WI; son of Henry J. and Birdie (Dickinson) Wiese. On August 27, 1965, Lynn married Doris Roloff in Waupaca, WI. She preceded him in death on September 26, 1998. Lynn and Doris were the owner’s of Wiese Greenhouse in Portage County. He was known for selling his own lefse and other baked goods to people in the Waupaca / Portage Counties. Lynn is survived by:

Two Sisters: Lois (Bert) Shanklin of Scandinavia, WI
Carol Mattei of Wisconsin Dells, WI
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, step-children, step-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Birdie Wiese; a brother, Wayne (Judy) Wiese; a sister, Nina Wiese; brother-in-law, Julius Mattei; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Wiese. A Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, WI. Reverend Bruce Klepps will officiate. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home. Burial will be at Sheridan Village Cemetery in the Town of Farmington following the service on Wednesday. The Jungers-Holly Funeral Home of Amherst is assisting the family with arrangements.
