Marcella Dake's Obituary
Marcella Dake, age 92, of King, WI, formerly of Saxeville, WI, passed away on Wednesday, August 5th, 2015 at Wisconsin Veterans Home-Ainsworth Hall in King. She was born in Saxeville, on March 16, 1923, a daughter of the late G. Elmer and Helen (Jensen) Williams.
Marcella married Leonard Dake on May 29, 1943 in Wild Rose. She worked for Lefoldt and Lyon Dry Cleaners as a clerk for 25 years. Marcella was a member of the Wild Rose Presbyterian Church and the Presbyterian Women's Association.
Survivors include her Daughters: Suzanne (Walter) Koglin, Tinley Park, Illinois; Barbara Green, Knoxville, Tennessee; Nadine (William) Wilder, Oak Ridge, Tennessee; Grandchildren: Denise Pruliere, France; Clint Koglin, Chicago, IL; Beth Green, Dandridge, TN; Brian Green, Nashville, TN; Jeffrey Green, Chapel Hill, NC; Christine Wilder, Durham, NC; Caleb Wilder, Oak Ridge, TN; Great Grandchildren: Alexis Green; Matthew Green; Cora Green; Gavin Green; Brothers: Willard Williams; Marvin (Norma) Williams; Lowell (Carol) Williams. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, G. Elmer and Helen Williams; her husband, Leonard Dake; one sister, Dorothy Bradley; and a sister-in-law, Beverly Williams.
Funeral Services will be held at Wild Rose Presbyterian Church at 1 PM on Saturday, August 8th, 2015, with Reverend Alyson Janke, officiating. Interment will be held at Hilltop Cemetery, Town of Saxeville, Waushara Co., WI. Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 12:00 PM (Noon) until the time of the service at the church.
