Margaret Bohn's Obituary
Margaret (Wehe) Bohn, longtime resident of the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2007 of complications from pneumonia. She was 96 years old. Margaret was born August 2, 1910 in Milwaukee, WI to Caroline (Wagner) Wehe and William Russell Wehe. She attended Shorewood High School in Milwaukee and was trained as a legal secretary, which was to be her vocation. She was later recognized as one of the top legal secretaries in the Milwaukee area. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Bohn, twin sister Carol Chenot, brother William Russell “Bud” Wehe, and sisters Mary Huber, Alyce Larscheid, and Jean Shradel. Margaret is survived by two sisters, Virginia Stegeman and Helen Connors, both living in Northern California, and numerous nieces and nephews. Longevity is a hallmark of this family as Margaret was the sixth of her siblings to live into her 90’s. Family and friends will miss her gregarious nature and witty sense of humor. Memorial services will be held Thursday, January18 at the main chapel of the Wisconsin Veteran’s Home in King, WI.
