Margaret Ida Jenks' Obituary
Margaret Ida Jenks, 85, of Wild Rose, passed away at Aurora Medical Center of Kenosha on December 28, 2015. Margaret was born on June 16, 1930, in Richford, WI, daughter of the late Richard and Ida (Ristau) Wachholz. On May 20, 1950, Margaret was united in marriage to James Jenks.
Margaret was a nurse and took great pride in her work. Even after retirement, she kept her license hanging up as a reminder of her years of service to those in need. Margaret also enjoyed quilting and gardening, and in more recent years, taking rides with her daughter, Barbara.
Margaret is survived by: her daughter Barbara (Michael) Wimett; grandchildren James (Christina) Wimett and David (Keighly) Wimett; and great-grandchildren Jacob and Carter Wimett. She is preceded in death by: her husband; her parents; brothers Richard and Edgar; and sisters Hertha and Verna.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 4, 2016, at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 420 PARK AVENUE, WILD ROSE, with Pastor Marvin Ahlborn officiating. Relatives and friends may visit the family at the church from 11:30 AM until the time of service. Burial Wild Rose Union Cemetery.
