Margaret Moyer's Obituary
Margaret H. Moyer, age 92, of King, WI., passed away on Thursday, January 13th, 2011 at Wisconsin Veterans Home-Stordock Hall, King. She was born in Kaukauna, WI., on July 24, 1918, a daughter of the late William and Katharyn (Kentenhofer) Van Lieshout. She married Byron Moyer on October 14, 1942 in Kaukauna. He preceded her in death on July 4, 1986.
Margaret was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for many years. Survivors include 2 Children: Joseph (Susan) Moyer, Waupaca, WI; Kathryn Moyer, Bluffton, SC; Grandchildren: Rebecca (Kit) Vongsa, Oshkosh, WI; James (Jennifer) Moyer, Waupaca, WI; Great Grandchildren: Matthew & Alyssa Moyer, Waupaca, WI; Sister: Patsy Zucca, Sacramento, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Byron, a grandson, Bart and 14 siblings. Memorial Services will be held at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca at 1:30 PM on Sunday, January 16th, 2011. Interment of cremains will be held at a later date in the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King. Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, from 1 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
