Marilyn Garrou's Obituary
Marilyn Garrou age 88 of Waupaca, passed away on Tuesday November 30, 2021. Marilyn was born on December 22, 1932, the daughter of Dr. Melvin and Mina (Smith) Miller. Marilyn married the late Gilbert Garrou on October 8, 1955 in Eagle River, WI. Marilyn was an LPN at various nursing homes for most of her life, she enjoyed reading collecting various things, spending time with family and friends and she loved dogs.
Marilyn is survived by her children Lynn (Mark) Reisz of Tell City, IN; three grandchildren Echo, Jerric and Kimberly; several great grandchildren, other family and friends.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents Dr. Melvin and Mina Miller; her husband Gilbert Garrou and her son John Garrou.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday December 4, 2021 at 11 A.M. at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Reverend Dr. Charles Tews will officiate, with burial to follow at the First Belmont Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Saturday December 4, 2021 from 10 A.M. until the time of the service at 11 A.M. at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca.
