My dad has been someone that I've looked up to my entire life, both figuratively and literally. He knew what it meant to live honestly, and work hard. When it came to his family, and animals - his love knew no limits. I can't possibly count the amount of memories I have, of saving or rescuing different things over the years, like cats, turtles, birds, goats or bats - just to name a few. He taught me what it meant to be strong, but more so - how to laugh. We shared the same sense of humor, taste in music, love of food and all things antique. Even when we fought, I still yearned to be near him. He truly had the biggest heart you could imagine, and had so much more life to live. There will never be enough words to accurately describe the man, father, husband and friend that he was to us all. I love you, Dad. Beyond measure.
