Mark A. Peterson's Obituary
Mark A. Peterson, age 59 was found, unexpectedly, passed away on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021. He was born in, and enjoyed his life, in Waupaca, WI on March 15, 1962, to Charles I. and Carol J. (Ring) Peterson. After graduating from Manawa High School, he served many years in the National Guard. Mark enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling, and doodling on paper. But his main passions in life were shooting pool and helping his friends and family (who he always seemed to put first before himself). He was also an avid mechanic who had a strong love of Ford Mustangs, and all-around great handyman.
Mark may have been a quiet person at times (he was always a people watcher), but he loved making people laugh with a variety of jokes. Towards the end of Marks life, he found great honor in joining his friends of The Bold Riders motorcycle club. He was a very social person to say the least, so there is a whole list of loving friends that will miss him greatly!
Mark is survived by his daughter, Bree (Andrew Eulrich) Peterson and grandsons, Dominic and Connor Eulrich of Antigo; brothers, Brian (Lisa) Peterson of Madison, and Darrian Rahn (Jesse Tessen) Peterson of Pine River; sisters, Tammy (Rick) Fulcer of Waupaca, Sherry Rahn (Joe Bohringer) Hirsh of Pardeeville. Another highlight of his life, besides his daughter Bree, was spending time with his nieces, Chasidey (Wally) Fisher, Sania (Jay Johnson) Stevens, Christina and Caitlan Peterson, Jessica Kastenschmidt; nephew, Jacob Martin. Mark also has many great-nieces and great-nephews to watch over.
Mark is preceded in death by his mother, Carol J. Peterson and both maternal grandparents, his father, Charles I. Peterson and both paternal grandparents. He is also preceded in death by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Please join us for his Celebration of Life on Saturday, November 6th, 2021, at The Pub (Paca Pub), 106 N. Main St. Waupaca at 2:00 pm. A service will be held at 4 pm, so please bring all your jokes and stories you have of/with Mark to share in his memory.
