Marlene A. VanLieshout's Obituary
Marlene Ann VanLieshout, mother to Cheryl Natoli, Lynn Zeinert and Denise Horton, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2023, after a battle with breast cancer. She was 80 years old. She was born in Milwaukee, WI. Daughter of Raymond & Virginia Jakubek. Her final moments were spent peacefully surrounded by family at our sister’s home in Amherst, WI.
Known for her love, courage, laughter and strength. She passed down her strength and memories to be cherished. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Our family asks that you remember our mother, by the joys she brought to others in life and not by the sadness of her passing.
She is survived by her daughters Cheryl Natoli, son-in-law-John Natoli; Lynn Zeinert; and Denise Horton, son-in-law-Steve Horton. Her beloved grandchildren: Justin Zeinert, Kayla Kudronowicz and Austin Horton. Her beloved siblings: Geraldine Wurz, David Jakubek and Sandy Klinner and her beloved great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass in honor of our mother, Marlene VanLieshout, will be held on Saturday, November 11th starting at 10:45 am at St. James Catholic Church, 453 Main Street, Amherst, WI. All friends and family are welcome. There will be no viewing or wake and a burial service of her ashes will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, 7301 W. Nash Street, Milwaukee, WI at a future date.
