Mary A. Wilde's Obituary
Mary Adelia Wilde, age 83, of Crystal River Nursing & Rehab. Center, Waupaca, passed away Wednesday, August 15th, 2007 at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca. Mary was born in the Town of Dayton, Waupaca County on May 6, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Alma C. (Sipher) Wilde. Mary grew up on the family farm in the Town of Dayton. She moved to Oshkosh to work at Miles-Kimball,. She returned to Waupaca to work as a Nursing Assistant at area nursing homes and to take care of her aging parents with the help her brother Melvern. Mary enjoyed her pets, farm animals and her garden; especially growing tomatoes and strawberry's. She always looked forward to visiting with people, reminiscing about the old times and playing her card games; cribbage and sheepshead with her cousins Crystal, Violet, Janice and Walt Jr. Mary moved to Crystal River Nursing and Rehab. Center approximately 2 years ago and was truly happy socializing with her family and friends. She is survived by Sister: Lila (Gene) Dieck, Carson, CA. Mary is also survived by several cousins other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her Brother: Melvern A. Wilde on Nov 30, 2005. Graveside Service and burial of cremains will take place at the Oakwood Cemetery in Weyauwega on Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at 5:30 P.M. Mr. Charles Thompson and Mrs. Brenda Hewitt will officiate. Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
