Maxine Goldie Jensen's Obituary
Maxine Goldie Jensen, age 89 of Waupaca, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Theda Clark Medical Center, on Monday, November 22, 2010 in Neenah, WI. She was born to Arthur and Beulah Boutwell in Hancock County, Ohio. She married Oscar P. Jensen on October 6th, 1940 and they resided in Waupaca, WI. Maxine was an active member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Waupaca, WI. She belonged to the Sawdust City Tree Dodgers snowmobile club, the Ladies Aid and she worked at the Waupaca Food Pantry. Maxine was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Maxine is survived by her son, Leonard (Susan) Jensen, daughter-in-law, Pat Jensen, three grandchildren, Peter (Alicia) Jensen, Tara (Joe) Bottchen and Jamie (Jeremiah) Fox, four great-grandchildren, Loki and Kairi Jensen and Katelyn and Alyvia Bottchen, sister-in-law, Lucille Horvath and Betty Jensen, nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends. Maxine is preceded in death by her husband, Oscar, her parents, mother and father-in-law, Peter and Jessie Jensen, son, Larry Jensen, brothers, Cloyce and Harold Boutwell, sister, Lavonne Hoppe, brother-in-laws, Claude and Leroy (Bud) Jensen, and sister-in-laws, Alvina Richter, Alma Dlouhy and Annie Towne.
Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, November 27th, at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Waupaca. Pastor Jeffrey Holtan is officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12 Noon at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church. In Lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in Maxine’s name.
