Melvin C. Riley age 74 of Scandinavia, WI, passed away on Saturday April 25, 2020. Melvin was born on April 10, 1946, the son of John and Laura (Richtmyre) Riley. Melvin married Edith Riley in 1985 in Georgia. Melvin served his country for 21 years in the U.S. Army.
Melvin will be missed by his family and many friends.
