Age 82 – passed away on March 16, 2013 Rosemore Village in Wild Rose. She was born on October 11, 1930 in the Twp. of Grant, Portage County, WI, the daughter of Leslie and Ethel (Hill) Kramer. She married Charles W. Drmolka on August 26, 1949 in Almond, WI. He preceded her in death on June 24, 2012.
Mildred is survived by her son: Doug (Julie) Drmolka of Glen Ellyn, IL, daughters: Dale Villiger of Ingleside, IL, and Sharon Drmolka of Maple Park, IL, daughter-in-law: Margaret Drmolka of Wild Rose, WI, grandchildren: Ann (Brad) Miller, Kimberly Beres, Kathy (Adam) Cashmore, Stacy (Adam) Fitzgerald, and Carl Drmolka, eight great grandchildren and another on the way, and siblings: twin sister: Marge Baitinger of Wild Rose, WI, Gordon Kramer of Bancroft, WI, Harriet Brandt of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, and Beverly (William) Putz of Arbor Vitae, WI. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband; Charles, her son; Paul Drmolka, granddaughter; Jennifer Lynn Drmolka, son-in-law; Patrick Villiger, her parents, and siblings; Wayne Kramer, Norma Marsh, Nona Getzloff, Avis Brandt, Ralph Kramer, John Kramer, Audrey Waterman, and Shirley McIntee.
Mildred had a number of interests including arts and crafts, baking, fishing, and playing cards. She was also an excellent cook and hostess. She especially cherished her grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose, WI on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 3:00 PM, with Reverend Yul Kwon, Wild Rose United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Wild Rose. A visitation will be held on Friday from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose. In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to the American Cancer Society in memory of Mildred A. Drmolka. The Holly Funeral Home of Wild Rose, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
