My sympathies to the family.
My entire grade school and high school years were blessed with fond memories of spending time at Mildred’s dinner table. As I washed dishes at Almond Post 339 chicken charcoal dinners, Mildred had the dish towel in hand, and we chatted about our families. A favorite of mine is Mildred’s Gumdrop bread❤️
We are sorry to hear about our Sister Mildred. Many of us enjoyed and knew her over the years in Almond, Plainfield and Wautoma.
I enjoyed so many road trips with Mildred to other Eastern Star meetings around Wisconsin. We never had a quiet moment in the car - she always had stories to share. We have missed her at our meetings for a while now, but she will never be forgotten. Gena Kelley Pontow
