Monna L. Zink's Obituary
Monna Lea Zink age 82 of Weyauwega, passed away on Thursday September 29, 2022. Monna was born on January 31, 1940, the daughter of Arlin and Elaine (Cartwright) Zabel. Monna married her late second husband Dennis Zink on January 28, 1983.
Monna is survived by her sons Terry (Belinda) Gorr of Cleburne, TX, Greg Gorr of Weyauwega, WI and Kevin (Cindy) Gorr of Kiel, WI; her daughter Tracy (Jim) Kendall of Corsicana, TX; her grandchildren Brandi (Eddie) Carranco of Corsicana, TX, Colt (Brandi) Gorr of Cleburne, TX and Ashley (Meyer) Jay of Guthrie, OK; her great grandchildren Lennox and Wesson Gorr; her brother Stan Zabel of Weyauwega, WI; her first husband Peter Gorr of Waupaca, WI; her step children Mary Jo Biesada and Dennis Zink Jr.; her Brothers-in-law Tom Jennerjahn and Rod Wood; her sister-in-law Dolores Zabel and many other relatives and friends.
Monna was preceded in death by her parents Arlin and Elaine Zabel; her second husband Dennis Zink; her brother Richard and sisters Bev and Judy.
A memorial service will be held on Friday October 7, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI. Pastor Dan Herod will officiate with burial to follow at the Lind Center Cemetery. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m.
The family would like to thank the staff at Bethany Home, Thedacare Hospice and the Physicians that took good care of Monna.
