Mrs. Helen Rosenau's Obituary
Mrs. Helen Rosenau, age 84, of Waupaca, formerly of Manawa, passed away Saturday, March 3rd, 2007 at her residence. Mrs. Rosenau was born in Pound, Wisconsin on February 10, 1923, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Minnie E (Fisher) Zeckser. On Sept 19, 1943, she married Harvey E. Rosenau in Manawa. He preceded her in death on May 28, 1980. She was a member of First Baptist Church Waupaca, Wisconsin. Helen was a former Manawa City Treasurer and Secretary for Farm Bureau for many years. She was a member of the Waupaca County Republican Party and for many years was a volunteer for various agency's at the Waupaca County Courthouse. She is survived by Daughters: Sandra Vortanz, Waupaca; Becky Jo (Frank) Starnes, Clarksville, TN; Sons: Mark (Ginny) Rosenau, Iola, ; Phil (Naomi) Rosenau, Springfield, MO. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren. Helen is also survived by several nieces and nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Harvey, Two Grandchildren: Nola Vortanz & Katie Jo Rosenau and Two sisters and One Brother. Private family graveside service will be held later this spring at the Little Wolf Cemetery in the Town Little Wolf, Waupaca County, Wisconsin.
