Mrs. I. Margaret Kline's Obituary
Mrs. I. Margaret Kline, age 82, of Berlin, formerly of Wild Rose, passed away Friday, March 14th, 2008 at Juliette Manor in Berlin. Mrs. Kline was born in Berlin, Wisconsin on October 18, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Otto and Frieda (Ficken) Ludwig. Margaret was a graduate of Berlin High School in 1943. She graduated from Madison General School of Nursing in 1946. She married L. Thomas Kline on June 8, 1947. Tom was her soul mate, only knew him 8 days before saying yes to his proposal. Tom and Margaret were owners of Ludwigs Bakery in Berlin and Ludwigs Haven Resort on Big Hills Lake in Wild Rose. Running both business' until the bakery was destroyed by fire in 1976. They then moved to Big Hills Lake permanently where they enjoyed 13 years of semi-retirement until Tom's death on March 24, 1989. During those years Margaret was instrumental in forming the Big Hills Lake Association. She was also a volunteer at the Wild Rose Hospital and after Tom's death volunteered her time as a Hospice volunteer. She was also a member of Wild Rose Roseys Red Hat Society. Margaret enjoyed going on many trips with friends. She went to Europe and Australia with old classmates from Nursing School. She is survived by Daughter: Kay (Ken) Pinnow, Ripon; Son: Tom (Patsy) Kline, Wild Rose; Doug (Bonnie)Kline; Berlin. Grandchildren: Doug (Dani) Pinnow of Ripon and their family; Morgan & Madelyn. Jeff (Beckie) Pinnow of Ripon and their family; Emma & Rylee. Sara (Brian) Mildebrandt of Ripon and their family Justin & Gretchen. Kaycee Kline of Reedsburg, Kari (special Friend: Daniel Klundt) Kline of Oshkosh; Karly (Special friend Jason Kirn) Kline of Wautoma and her daughter Kylie. Stefanie, Hillary, Katelyn, Andrew, Kelly and Logan Kline all of Berlin. In 1996, Margaret was blessed with her first great grandchild earning her the name Grandma at the Lake. Since then she has been blessed with seven, they were her pride and joy. Funeral Service will be held at Hope Lutheran Church, Wautoma, Wisconsin at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 19th, with Reverend Nathan Gauerke officiating. Interment will be in the Saxeville Union Cemetery in the Town Springwater, Waushara County, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held Tuesday 4-8 P.M. at Holly Funeral Home-Wild Rose. A memorial fund has been established in her name to the American Diabetes ad American Heart Association. A.J. Holly & Sons LTD
