Myles Magelund's Obituary
Myles L. Magelund, age 88, of King, WI, passed away on Monday, January 16th, 2012 at Wisconsin Veterans Home-Olson Hall, King. He was born in Antigo, WI, on March 1, 1923, a son of the late Lawrence and Mayme Magelund. Myles served in the U.S. Army in World War II. He married Dorothy A. Johnston on July 6, 1944 in Antigo. Survivors include his Wife: Dorothy Magelund; Children: Diane Frantz; Michael Magelund. A Memorial Service will be held at Wisconsin Veterans Home-Olson Hall Chapel, King, at 2 PM on Friday, January 20th, 2012, with Sister Cathy Wottreng, officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King. Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, from 1 PM until the time of the service at the Olson Hall Chapel.
