Nancy L. Swiertz's Obituary
Nancy L. Swiertz, age 76, of Wild Rose, WI passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Wild Rose Manor in the care of hospice. Nancy was born in Fond du Lac, WI on June 17, 1940, the daughter of the late Daniel and Lucy (Vangorder) Mafredas. On June 18, 2005, Nancy married Thomas Swiertz at St. John Lutheran Church in Saxeville. She is survived by her husband: Thomas Swiertz, Wild Rose; her daughters: Carrie (Rodney) MacLachlan, Loma Rica, CA and Terry Hopkins, Morristown, MN; her 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson and her sister-in-laws: Sharon & Carolyn. Also surviving are numerous nieces & nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by 5 brothers & sisters and her first husband, David Procknow. The Funeral Service will be on Monday, May 8 at 11 AM at St. John's Lutheran Church, Saxeville, WI with Reverend Rick Engen, officiating. Entombment will be in Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh. Visitation will be on Monday morning from 10 AM until the time of services at the church.
