Nicholas J. Alberti
King, WI (formerly of Milwaukee, WI) Age 70 - died on Friday, March 25, 2011 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King, WI. He was born on December 18, 1940 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Joseph and Lauretta (Keller) Alberti.
Nicholas is survived by a daughter; Dawn Wollert of Milwaukee,WI, sons; Scott (Janet) Alberti of Muskego, WI, Gregg (Barbara) Alberti of Franklin, WI, and Jon Wagner of Franklin, WI, six grandchildren: Ashley Alberti, Kirstyn Wollert, Lauren Alberti, Braeden Alberti, Mitchell Alberti, and Sophia Alberti, a sister; Regina Teshan of Greenfield,WI, and three brothers; Joseph (Patricia) Alberti of Wautoma, WI, Thomas (Jackie) Alberti of Brookfield, WI, and James Alberti of Milwaukee, WI. He is further survived nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Nicholas was preceded in death by his parents.
Nicholas had been employed as a boiler maintenance worker for the city of Milwaukee for many years. He served in the U.S. Army from March of 1960 - January of 1963. He had many interests he loved including photography, his boat, and horses. He also enjoyed spending time in Door County.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Roman Catholic Church in Milwaukee, WI on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM, with Father John Pulice, Celebrant. Inurnment will be in the Arlington Park Cemetery in Greenfield, WI. A visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday morning from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the Wisconsin Veterans Home, N2665 County Road QQ, King, WI 54946 in memory of Nicholas J. Alberti. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
The family would like to thank the staff of Ainsworth Hall for the loving care shown our father while a resident of the Wisconsin Veterans Home.
