NORBERT N. KOWALCZYK
MANAWA, WISCONSIN
FORMERLY OF WILD ROSE, WISCONSIN Age 79 passed away on Friday, March 9, 2007 at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah, WI. He was born December 25, 1927 in Cook County, IL; son of Stanley and Agnes (Twardowski) Kowalczyk. Norbert served in the U.S. Coast Guard during WWII from November 27, 1945 – June 30, 1947. He was a retired stationary engineer and worked for many years at Medalist Industries in Berlin, WI. He also worked for Taylor Cheese of Weyauwega, WI after his retirement. Norbert is survived by:

Jacob Kowalczyk of Ogdensburg, WI

Brother: Stanley (Dolores) Kowalczyk of Wautoma, WI
Sister: Dolores (Ted) Grudzinski of Lake Villa, IL
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Joseph Kowalczyk, brother, Thomas Kowalczyk, and his sister, Agnes Kowalczyk. A Funeral Service will be on Friday, March 16, 2007 at 11:30 AM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Sister Marie Rose Van Deurzen will officiate. A visitation will be held from 9:30 – 11:30 AM on Friday at the Holly Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King following the services on Friday.
