Orlo Manweiler's Obituary
ORLO R. MANWEILER
POY SIPPI, WISCONSIN Age 82 passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2005 at Wild Rose Manor after a 10 year battle with cancer. He was born July 6, 1923 on a farm in rural Princeton, WI; son of Richard and Alvina (Lueck) Manweiler. He was the youngest of four children. On December 29, 1945, Orlo married Norma Brey in Auroraville, WI. They have two daughters. Orlo spent his boyhood years on a farm owned by his parents and grandparents. As an adult, he was a cheesemaker in Fairwater and a milk hauler in Fairwater and Daisy Dairy in Poy Sippi. He also worked at Oshkosh Foundry and Fountain Valley Nursery, all the while farming in Fountain Valley. He loved his animals. Orlo worked 20 years at Morgan Doors (JELD-WEN) in Oshkosh while he and Norma started Fountain Valley Farm Market and Greenhouse in 1963 until 1998. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Auroraville. Orlo is survived by:

Sister: Elda Gabershack of Florida Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Alvin Manweiler, and a sister, Edna Vick. A Funeral Service will be on Monday, August 15, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Auroraville, WI. Reverend Brian Beardsley will officiate. A visitation will be held on Sunday evening, Aug. 14, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Poy Sippi. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery in the Town of Auroraville following the services on Monday. The Holly Funeral Home of Poy Sippi is assisting the family with arrangements. The family would like to thank Wild Rose Manor, Poy Sippi Fire Dept. and Rescue, Sister Mike and Hospice for all the care they gave to our Dad and husband. HOLLY FUNERAL HOME
