Patricia M. Olson's Obituary
Patricia M. Olson, age 86, of Waupaca, WI, passed away on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026. She was born in Milwaukee, WI on June 7, 1939, a daughter of the late James and Mary (Overman) Olson.
Patty is survived by two daughters, Carol (Andy) Burbach of Johnson Creek, WI and Janet (Andy) Plumley of Iron Mt., MI; Son in Law, Kim Walter of Theresa, WI; grandchildren Harley, Lisa, Amanda (Nick), Elizabeth (Devin), David (Mandy) and Caleb; great grandchildren Nicholas, Lillian and Kaydence; two brothers William "Bill" Olson of Tucson, AZ and Terrence "Terry" (Cheryl) Olson of Greenfield, WI, Special Friends, Steve & Jessica Gregg and other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Patty was preceded in death by her Husband Duane Schmidt; grandson Michael, parents James & Mary Olson and daughter, Sharon Walter.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Monday, June 8th, 2026, from 1 until 3 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Interment of cremains will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park in Oshkosh, WI at a later date. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Park Vista - The Legacy for their loving and special care they provided.
