Penny R. Modine age 50 of Waupaca, passed away on Monday April 15, 2013. Penny was born on July 23, 1962. Penny married Steven Modine in 2004.
Penny is survived by her husband Steven Modine; three sons Joseph (Emily) Longo, Anthony Theel, and Daniel (Becky) Theel.
Penny was preceded in death by her parents. No services will be held per Penny’s request. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
