Peter Dahms' Obituary
Peter J. Dahms, age 21, of Bancroft, WI., went missing Tuesday, November 28th, 2006 and was recovered on Friday, March 16, 2007 at Burlington, IA. He was born in Stevens Point, WI., on February 16, 1986, a son of Robert B. Dahms II and Pamela A. (Huhn) Dahms. Peter enjoyed hunting and was a big fan of the Miami Dolphins and NASCAR.. Survivors include his Mother: Pamela (Fiance-Paul Cieslewicz) Dahms, Bancroft, WI; Father: Robert (Darina) Dahms II, Amherst Jct., WI; Brothers & Sisters: Adam Dahms, Kurkut, Iraq; Tyler Dahms, Amherst Jct., WI; Danielle Dahms, Bancroft, WI., Jarod and Joshawa Cieslewicz, Bancroft, WI.; Step Brothers and Sisters: Jessica, Jeffrey & Bethany Singer, Rosholt, WI; Jakub Cieslewicz, Stevens Point, WI.; Maternal Grandmother: Judy (Bernie) Liebe, Custer, WI; Paternal Grandparents: Judy Hancock, Stevens Point, WI; Robert (Mary Minton) Dahms, Waupaca, WI; Step-Grandparents: Ron (Judy) Cieslewicz, Plover, WI; Darrell (Florence) Lewis, Argonne, WI. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Bruce Huhn and a step-sister, Jessica Cieslewicz. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church (8611 State Hwy 54, between Waupaca and Plover) at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 22nd, 2007 with Father Daniel Farley and Father Robert Pedretti, officiating. Interment will be held Liberty Corners Cemetery at Hwy 54 and J in the Town of Buena Vista. Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, from 4 until 8 PM at Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM. Visitation also on Thursday from 10 AM until the time of the service at the church.
