Peter Gaier's Obituary
Peter L. Gaier, age 64, of Waupaca, WI., passed away on Saturday, September 5th, 2009 at Appleton Medical Center, Appleton, Outagamie County, Wisconsin. He was born in Chippewa Falls, WI., on August 14, 1945, a son of the late Albert and Marie (Hauptmann) Gaier. Peter served in the U.S. Army as a medic in the Vietnam War. Survivors include 3 Sisters: Dolores (Paul) Huber, LaPointe, WI; Darlene (Dr. James) Larson, San Diego, CA; Dorothy (Donald) Reiter, Tucson, AZ. Peter is further survived by 9 nieces and 6 nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Thomas Gaier and a niece, Monica Huber. Military Graveside Services will be held at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King, WI., at a later date. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangments.
