Peter J. Schmitt
Almond, WI
On December 31, 2011, at the age of 50, he went peacefully home to the Lord while surrounded by his loving family, and his loving uncle and aunt, Bill and Bernice. Peter was born on September 20, 1961. He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his mother, Janice Schmitt, brothers: Randy (Catherine), Joe (Angel), Ken (Rachelle), and sister: Cindy (Scott) Knoll. He is also survived by his brother-in-law: John Wollman, and four nephews: Ryan (Sarah), Adam (Carolyn), Tim (Ashley), and Bill (Brittany). He is further survived by many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, sister, Elizabeth Wollman, and his grandparents. The family would like to thank the staff of Wild Rose Hospital for their loving care. A private family service will be held at a later date. The Holly Funeral Home of Almond, WI assisted the family with arrangements.
