My parents and I just loved your mom so much! She could be spotted anywhere with a big grin on her face. She was my mom's birthday twin, born just a day apart, and nearly lifelong friends and distantly related. Rachel & Orville would shelter us kids on rainy days as we waited for the bus on Oak St. She was a familiar face in the 70s& 80s as she sat in the Waupaca Co Fair art exhibit building, volunteering to keep people from touching the handiwork. Doreen: So sorry to hear about your Mom, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Your Mom had the best smile and was always friendly. I remember her at Kirbys when she worked there and also at the dime store. In later years I would see her at the Chiropractor and grocery store, She will be greatly missed.
