RACHEL M. ERTEL
WAUPACA, WISCONSIN Age 83, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Lakeview Manor in Weyauwega, WI. She was born May 11, 1929 in Sheboygan, WI; daughter of Henry and Kathryn (Ernst) Schimpf. On April 26, 1952, Rachel married Edward Ertel in Cleveland, WI. He preceded her in death on January 23, 1998. Rachel is survived by:
Son: Daniel (Carrie) Ertel of Menasha, WI
Sisters: Helen Plumb of Sheboygan, WI
Julie Jekenewicz of Sheboygan, WI
Brother: Richard Schimpf of Sheboygan, WI
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Kathryn Schimpf; her husband, Edward Ertel; a daughter, Nancy Fahl; a son, Donald Ertel; a sister, Martha Kotnick; and a brother, Hank Schimpf. A Graveside Service will be on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 9:00 AM at the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, WI.
