Randall "Randy" Carrick's Obituary
Randall "Randy" E. Carrick, 57, of Scandinavia, passed away unexpectedly from a brain aneurysm on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, surrounded by his loving family. Randy was born on April 15, 1958, son of the late Jack and Arlene (Tollard) Carrick.
Randy enjoyed spending time with his children and loving wife, Tracie. Family meant everything to Randy and putting them first was his number one priority. Randy was a fan of open-wheel racing and loved to watch his sons play high school football. Randy was also an avid turkey and deer hunter. Randy was united in marriage to Tracie Zuge on October 7, 1995; October 7, 2015 would have been the celebration of their 20th wedding anniversary. Randy was the head superintendant at Glacier Wood Golf Club in Iola and took great pride in his work. He was highly respected by course members, the community, friends, and family.
Randy is survived by: his wife Tracie; sons Hunter and Noah; daughter Kasandra; step-son Adam (Nicole) Norder; brothers Dan (Gail) and Greg (Doreen); sisters Linda Degner, Pat (Tom) Wenzel, Debbie (Dave) Rupnow, and Anne (Big Mike) Langkau; sister-in-law Melanie (Dave) Oppor; and brother-in-law Todd (Corrie) Zuge. Randy is further loved and survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and other friends. He is preceded in death by: his parents; father-in-law Clifford Zuge; and brother-in-law Fred Degner.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Zion Lutheran Church, 157 N. BRIDGE ST., MANAWA, with Chaplain Ron Riehl, officiating. Relatives and friends may visit on Saturday morning at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Park Cemetery, Waupaca.
