Richard J. Clapp's Obituary
Richard J. Clapp, age 95, of Waupaca, WI passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015 at Rosemore Village in Wild Rose. Richard was born in Waupaca on March 19, 1920, the son of the late Martin and Cecelia (Rasmussen) Clapp. On June 10, 1944, he married Ione Dain at Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca. Richard is survived by nieces, nephews, many great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Ione, a son Dennis, 2 sisters, Evelyn Mack & Irene Drath and his twin brother, Robert. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, January 2 at 11 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, Waupaca with Reverend Jennifer DeNetz, officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Park, Waupaca. Visitation will be on Saturday morning from 10 AM until the time of services at the church.
