ROBERT H. CHRISTIE
WILD ROSE, WISCONSIN Age 85 passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at Rosemor Village in Wild Rose. He was born January 5, 1921 on the family farm in the Town of Mt. Morris, Waushara Co., WI; son of George and Hilda (Johnson) Christie. Robert married Mary Bowen on August 28, 1943 at her family home in the Town of Springwater. She was the love of his life along with his family, especially his loving grandchildren who he gave unselfishly his time and love. Mary preceded Robert in death on October 3, 2003. Brother: George (Bunny) Christie of Wild Rose, WI
Sister: Merna Hudziak of Neenah, WI
Sister-in-law: Violet Christie of Waupaca, WI Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Mary Christie, three brothers, Carl, Norman, and Melvin Christie, and his sister and brother-in-law, Margaret (Marvin) Deuel. A Memorial Service will be on Saturday, December 9, 2006 at 3:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home of Wild Rose. Reverend Dr. Scott Jones will officiate. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Wild Rose following the services on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in the name of Robert H. Christie. The Holly Funeral Home of Wild Rose is assisting the family with arrangements. HOLLY FUNERAL HOME
