Robert D. Hansen's Obituary
Robert D. Hansen, age 72, of Waupaca, WI, passed away Monday, June 13, 2005 at his residence under the care of Theda Care Hospice. Robert was born in the Town of Lind, Waupaca Co. WI on January 30, 1933, the son of the late Carl E. and Tena (Petersen) Hansen. On Sept. 1, 1965 Robert married Donnah Hanson in Wild Rose. Robert served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He loved gas engines, old cars and especially just puttering in the garage. Robert is survived by his wife: Donnah Hansen of Waupaca, WI, his children, Diane (James) Murphy of Oshkosh, WI, Shelly Webb of Waupaca, Malinda (Todd) Cooper of Waupaca, Pete (Gwen) Lewellyn of Berlin and Rick (Vive) Lewellyn of Dotham, AL. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, two brothers, Carl (Bev) Hansen of Waupaca, Gordon (Kathy) Hansen of Waupaca and two sisters, Mary Jane Monacelli of Redgranite and Margaret Darling of Waupaca. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Dennis, one brother and two sisters. Memorial Services will be on Friday, June 17 at 11:30 AM at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca with Chaplain Nolan Gnewuch, officiating. A visitation will be on Friday morning from 10 to 11:30 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Robert's name. Holly Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. The family would like to thank Theda Care Hospice and their staff for the wonderful care given to Bob.
