Bob bought the Dairy Queen in Waupaca, WI from my parents. I can remember working for him for a short time after. Such a nice person, and always had a smile.

Dear Donna and family,
Bob and I went to junior high and high school together in La Crosse graduating in 1958. We both shared a love of archery and from the time we were about 12 years old we belonged to the Blackhawk Archery Club in La Crosse. He was a wonderful guy and you are all in my thoughts and prayers. May God's love and your wonderful memories give you peace courage and comfort in these difficult days.
In sympathy and love,

I did electrical work at the Dairy Queen for many years. Bob was
always pleasant and nice. Many fond memories.

I was the first High School student that Bob hired to work at the Dairy Queen. In the beginning, 1971, it was Bob, Jenny and myself. Bob's parents would work there from time to time. Later, when Bob married Donna, they had plates of food sent over from the wedding banquet to all of us working that night. I would think that there are hundreds of kids who count working at the Dairy Queen among their favorite memories.
God bless the Bob Draeger families. And thanks for the memories.
